From Hickory: follow Hwy 127 North through Viewmont and cross the Catawba River Bridge. Continue 2.5 miles passing the Bethlehem Elementary School to the traffic light at Teague Town Road. Turn right and travel 0.4 miles to the first curve and bear right on Starnes Lane. We are located at the end of the road.
From Lenoir/ Taylorsville: follow Hwy 127 South to the first traffic light and turn left on Teague Town Road. Continue as above.
Yoga Reflection Room: Follow the driveway to the left and park at the first building. The yoga therapy room is located at the top of the stairs just inside the front door.
