There is no camping or hook up at the stables.  Horses may be lead or ridden from the stables to the clinic arena.  Stall fee is $30/ per night and day.  An additional $15 per day to apply for early check in or late check out.  Check in/out is 5:00 pm.  Initial stall shavings will be provided.

Area:

BETHLEHEM - Is just North of Hickory across the Catawba River and the Alexander county line.  The nearest restaurants, general merchandise, banks, post office and grocery stores are in "downtown" Bethlehem, about 2 miles from the farm.  We have a convenience store, gas station and fast food "Bojangles" less than a half mile from the stables.

HICKORY - Is our "big city".  There are all the usual chains, Walmarts, and "city" services within 20 minutes from the stables.  Many hotels are located around Interstate 40 exits near the malls and shopping districts on the South side of town.  My advice is to avoid non-chain hotels except for the upscale bed and breakfasts in Hickory.  "Downtown" does have a redlight district with some pretty seedy places in higher crime areas.  There are some very nice Airbnb's around us.
